1. Booking and Payment
1.1 A booking is complete when the customer provides accurate information and pays according to specified conditions.
1.2 Prices are based on route, vehicle type, number of passengers, and details specified at booking.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if booking information is incorrect or incomplete.
2. Waiting Time Policy
2.1 Customers must be at the pickup point at the specified date and time. Driver will wait no more than 15 minutes. After this, service may be cancelled with no refund.
2.2 For airport pickups, driver will wait free for 60 minutes after flight landing. After this, an additional 15 minutes maximum.
2.3 If passengers are incomplete, driver will wait no more than 15 minutes. Additional waiting fees may apply.
2.4 If customer cannot be contacted at scheduled time, it is considered No-show with no refund.
3. Travel Plan Changes
3.1 Customers must notify any changes to flight, time, or location as soon as possible.
3.2 If requesting a detour for forgotten items, customer agrees to pay all additional costs.
4. Cancellation & No-show
4.1 Advance cancellations may receive refunds per our conditions.
4.2 Last-minute cancellations or No-shows will not receive refunds.
4.3 We reserve the right to consider refunds case-by-case.
5. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Damage
5.1 Passengers must behave appropriately and not damage the vehicle.
5.2 For damage such as vomiting, stains, or strong odors, customer agrees to pay cleaning and repair costs.
5.3 If damage prevents continued service, customer may be liable for additional costs.
6. Luggage and Belongings
6.1 Customers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings throughout the journey.
6.2 We handle luggage with reasonable care, but minor scratches may occur from normal use.
6.3 We are not responsible for fragile items, valuables, or electronics.
6.4 Keep valuables and important documents with you at all times.
7. Property Check Before Exiting
7.1 Before exiting, please check all your belongings.
7.2 We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
7.3 If return delivery is needed, customer agrees to pay actual travel costs.
8. Illegal Items
8.1 Customers must not carry items illegal under Thai law.
8.2 If discovered by authorities, customer is solely responsible.
8.3 Ignorance of Thai law cannot be claimed as exemption from liability.
9. Health and Safety
9.1 If feeling ill or having emergency, notify driver for assistance.
9.2 If experiencing motion sickness or need restroom, please inform driver.
9.3 For long trips (approx. 150km), rest stops may be arranged.
9.4 Driver will strictly follow traffic laws.
10. Delays and Force Majeure
10.1 Customers must plan and allow sufficient travel time.
10.2 We are not responsible for delays from force majeure such as traffic, floods, protests, or accidents.
10.3 If late arrival or missed flight due to customer actions, customer agrees not to claim damages.
11. Insurance and Liability
11.1 All service vehicles are legally insured.
11.2 We are only responsible for damages directly caused by service, within legal limits.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, paying, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms herein.
